SmartLink is a leader in outsourced omnichannel customer experience management in KSA and has relied on CGC as their technology partner since more than 15 years to implement and support their most mission critical technology – their contact center. During this long duration they have been able to rely on 24/7 uptime and have relied on this stability to grow their business by many magnitudes

Over the last 10 years CGC has worked with Najm to build their IP Telephony and Contact Center systems covering all regions of the Kingdom. Najm needs to provide rapid response services to citizens of all groups and ages and as such has relied on CGC to install and support an integrated and advanced contact center Solution with a heavy reliance on self-services.

Al Noor Hospital is one of the main hospitals in the Makkah region, providing its services to a wide segment of citizens in addition to its main role in providing medical services during the Hajj period. Due to the sensitive nature of its services it has depended on CGC to implement and managing a robust and redundant IP Telephony and contact center solution in the hospital.

CGC is proud to be chosen by Abu Nayyan Group as their main supplied of IT infrastructure and services, including data center build-out, data networking, IPT and cybersecurity. These services are provided to all of the companies in the group in centralized and stand-alone configurations depending on the specific requirement.

Saudi Red Crescent Authority chose CGC as their contact center technology partner and as such CGC has successfully installed these services across the Kingdom to provide this most critical and sensitive service to KSA’s residents. CGC is truly proud to have played a role in this project and is continuously working with SRCA to evolve and improve the functionality and efficiency provided to KSA’s residents.
