Responsibilities

• Manage opportunities, forecasts, quota attainment, and short/mid-term/long-term opportunity management

• Act as a primary point-of-contact for customers to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction

• Prepare and present proposals, presentations and RFP responses                               

• Independently establish and grow new or existing client base

• Work with internal teams and vendors to provide accurate designs and pricing and maintain customer satisfaction

• Develop technical background by attending seminars, trainings and workshops and maintain required certifications

Requirements

• Bachelor degree in Computer or equivalent experience

• 3+ years of experience in the Saudi Arabian market

• Experience in selling business solutions to enterprise customers and government institutions a plus

• Knowledge of sales techniques such as prospecting, probing customer needs, sales presentations, and closing 

• Excellent verbal/written English communication skills

Responsibilities

• Work with clients to design, develop and document process workflows based on industry best practices.
• Build, test and implement RPA workflows.
• Maintains and support running jobs.
• Interact with potential clients in developing needs and requirements

Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in software development (object-oriented computing languages) and/or RPA
• RPA Certification is a plus
• Experience with diagram tools such as visio
• Experience in interacting with clients on all levels
